A colorful, vegetarian stir-fry with a spicy kick. Packed with veggies and zesty flavors, this dish is ready in just 30 minutes.
ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Cooked rice, to serve
steps

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 3.
Add broccoli florets and mushrooms. Continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are slightly tender.
- 4.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Pour over vegetables and stir until sauce thickens and coats vegetables.
- 5.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
