"Ingredients: Ragi flour 1 cup , ghee 2cups , sugar 2 cups. Process ; First of all take one pan and add ragi flour in that pan and rost the flour with some ghee and take it into a bowl and now add 2 cups of sugar in that pan and add some water into the sugar and now stir it well and this process should be done in medium flame and the sugar syrup turns thickness after some time and then add ragi flour into the sugar syrup and stir it continuously without lumps and then heat ghee in another pan and then add the ghee into the ragi mixture simultaneously and stir the ragi mixture well and the mixture may leaves the ghee when it is done then the mixture have to take into the greased bowl and settle it well after some time it will settle down well and then cut into the pieces and the ragi Mysore pak is done eating well and enjoy well"
