ingredients
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup peanuts (roasted and powdered)
- 1/2 cup jaggery (powdered)
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
- 1/4 cup almonds (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cashews (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons ghee (optional, for binding)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Dry roast ragi flour on low heat until aromatic.

In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted ragi flour, powdered peanuts, powdered jaggery, grated coconut, sesame seeds, chopped almonds, and cashews.

Add cardamom powder and cinnamon powder to the mixture and mix well.

If binding is required, add ghee gradually and mix until the mixture holds together.

Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a small ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Allow the laddus to cool and set for at least 30 minutes.
