- 4 burger patties (2 chicken alternatives, 1 beef alternative, 1 fish alternative)
- 4 slices of tofu "bacon" or tempeh strips
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 vegan hamburger buns

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the burger patties according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, cook the tofu "bacon" or tempeh strips until crispy.
