Ranch Chicken Noodle Bake

- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning, ensuring they are well coated.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the chicken thighs on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.

Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, chicken broth, and remaining ranch seasoning.
