- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup white wine yeast
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, blackberries, and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring gently until the berries soften and release their juices.

Remove from heat and strain the purée through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the solids.

In a clean pot, mix the berry purée, remaining 3 cups of water, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
