ingredients
- 4 lbs raspberries
- 2 lbs honey
- 1 gallon water
- 2 tsp rose water
- 1 packet champagne yeast
steps

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add raspberries and honey, stirring until honey is dissolved.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- 3.
Stir in rose water and champagne yeast. Cover with a clean cloth and let sit for 1 week.
- 4.
Strain out solids and transfer liquid to a clean, sterilized carboy.
- 5.
Seal with an airlock and let ferment for 2 months.
- 6.
Bottle and let age for an additional 3 months before serving.
