ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, dill)
- 4 whole grain hamburger buns
