Sayori's Sunny Sandwich

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4 tablespoons tomato-basil spread
- 1 cup arugula
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
