ingredients
- 13 lbs Honey
- 1 lb Rose Petals
- 2 oz Czech Saaz Hops
- 5 lbs Ginger
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 Oak Spirals
- 8.5 g Fermaid O
- 9.0 g Fermaid K
- 9.0 g DAP
- 5 g Dry Yeast Lavin 71 B
steps
- 1.
Boil water and steep rose petals, hops, ginger, and cinnamon for 30 minutes.
- 2.
Add honey, oak spirals, and nutrients. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3.
Cool mixture, transfer to fermenter, and add yeast.
- 4.
Ferment for 2 weeks, then bottle and carbonate for a week.
