This flavorful sauce combines roasted red peppers with roasted cauliflower and onions, creating a rich and creamy sauce that's both vegan and gluten-free. Serve over pasta, vegetables, or use as a dip.
ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
