Creamy cheesecake swirled with salty caramel on a cookie crust.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
