- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ketchup

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
