Hearty Ham & Potato Chowder
ingredients
- 2.5 lbs ham, diced
- 10 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 cups chicken broth
- 2.5 cups heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sauté onions and garlic, add ham and potatoes, cook until browned.
