ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz pasta of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Preheat Suvie to Broil on High.
- 2.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- 3.
Add beef slices and cook until browned, then remove from skillet.
- 4.
In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- 5.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 6.
Toss cooked pasta with beef, bell pepper mixture, salt, and pepper.
- 7.
Transfer pasta mixture to Suvie pans.
- 8.
Broil in Suvie for 10 minutes.
- 9.
Serve hot and enjoy!
