Savory Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan.

In the same pan, add more oil if needed and stir-fry garlic, bell peppers, and onion until slightly softened.
