Traditional chicken enchiladas filled with juicy air-fried chicken, melted cheese, and smothered in flavorful red sauce. An easy and delicious Tex-Mex favorite for a comforting dinner.
ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, air-fried and shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 corn tortillas
- 2 cups red enchilada sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.

Combine shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, sautéed onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
