- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 2 oz diced cucumber
- 2 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp tzatziki sauce
- 2 oz red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
