ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a skillet, brown chicken in olive oil. Remove and set aside.
