Microwave Chicken Tortilla Wrap
ingredients
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon taco sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked minute rice
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and taco sauce. Microwave until heated through.

Add cooked minute rice, minced garlic, garlic salt, and butter to the bowl. Microwave until rice is warmed.

Place a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
- 5.
Repeat with the second tortilla.
- 6.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and taco sauce. Drizzle over the top of the warm wraps before serving.
