- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional toppings: spinach, tomatoes, or avocado
