Tender salmon fillets coated in a flavorful herb crust, baked to perfection.
ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
