Tender chicken cooked with earthy champignons in a savory sauce.

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 lb champignons, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
