ingredients
- 3 lbs seitan
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
