Savory Turkey Udon Stir Fry

This delicious stir fry combines lean ground turkey with udon noodles, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce for a quick and easy meal. Perfect for busy weeknights, this dish is packed with protein and nutrients.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 8 oz udon noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish

Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
