Flavor-Packed Beef Stir-Fry
ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (sodium: 1,920 mg)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

In a bowl, marinate sliced beef with garlic powder, onion flakes, soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add marinated beef in a single layer and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Remove beef and set aside.

Add remaining vegetable oil and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.

Return beef to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

If using, drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and mix well.
- 7.
Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
