- WineXpert Shiraz wine kit
- 60 lbs Desert Creek Wildflower Honey
- 111g Go-Ferm Yeast Energizer
- .163g Fermaid-O Yeast Nutrient
- 45g Lalvin D80 Yeast
- 45g Lalvin D254 Yeast
- 3 3/4 lb medium toast French oak cubes [Optional]
steps
- 1.
Combine water, Shiraz wine kit, and honey in primary fermenter.
- 2.
Add yeasts, yeast energizer, and nutrient. Mix well.
- 3.
Allow fermentation, then transfer to secondary fermenter with oak.
- 4.
Age for months, bottle, and enjoy!
