- 4 pork chops
- 2 yellow bell peppers, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp capers
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Season pork chops with salt and pepper, place in Suvie pan.
