ingredients
- 8 oz glass noodles
- 8 oz beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Soak glass noodles in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
