ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, coat well, and marinate for at least 1 hour.

In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onions, jalapenos, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.

Stir in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
