Smoky BBQ Pulled Impossible Beef and Sausage Lasagna

- 1 package (12 oz) plant-based sausage, crumbled

- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
