- 4 ears of fresh corn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter)
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Shuck the corn and cut each ear into quarters lengthwise to create corn ribs.
