Elevate your corn on the cob game with this delicious recipe! Sweet corn kernels coated in a buttery blend of smoked paprika, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

- 4 ears of corn on the cob
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat (Or preheat oven to 400°F).

Mix together the butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

Microwave the corn on the cob for 5 minutes to steam them (or alternatively, boil them in salted water for 5 minutes).

Grill the corn on the pan, turning frequently, until grill marks appear and the corn is heated through (or arrange them on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes).

Immediately slather the spiced-up butter mixture on the corn while it's still hot. Sprinkle with extra salt, if needed.
