Sourdough Strawberry Peanut Butter Treats

- 240 g sourdough discard
- 240 g Greek yogurt
- 130 g natural peanut butter
- 130 g apple butter
- 280 g frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped
- 50 g rolled oats
- 85 g honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 5 g vanilla extract
- 5 g baking powder
- 2 g cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23x23 cm baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and apple butter until smooth.

Add the thawed and chopped strawberries, oats, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow cooling in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cut into bars and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
