- 4 cups spring water
- 1 cup Desert Creek Wildflower Honey
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 nutmeg pod
- 1 orange peel
- 1 bottle of mead

In a pot, combine water, honey, dates, cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg pod, and orange peel. Bring to a gentle boil.
