Tender chicken smothered in Nashville hot sauce, topped with gooey cheese and marinara, served over spaghetti
ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Nashville hot sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Pound chicken to ½ inch thickness, season with salt and pepper.

Dredge chicken in Nashville hot sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a skillet, fry chicken until golden brown (about 5 minutes each side).

Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella.
