ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Green onions, for garnish

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chicken until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until softened.
