Tender shrimp marinated in spicy margarita mix, grilled and served in warm tortillas with fresh avocado and cilantro-lime slaw.
ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup margarita mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Hot sauce (optional)

In a bowl, combine shrimp, margarita mix, olive oil, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and mayonnaise to make slaw.
