Spicy Masala Chilla

ingredients
- 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
- Cooking spray or oil for cooking

In a bowl, combine besan, water, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread evenly to form a thin pancake.
