- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into bite-sized chunks
- ½ lb large prawns, deveined and peeled
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
