- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg

- 2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
