Spicy Turkey Curry

- 1 lb turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust according to preference)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
