Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cut a pocket into the thickest part of the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the chicken breasts with the spinach mixture, using toothpicks to secure the ends.
