Savor the irresistible blend of strawberry-infused ale mead, enriched with Bearded Tree Linden Honey for a unique twist on a classic favorite.
ingredients
- 6 lbs Pale Malt
- 1 lb Caramel Malt
- 1 lb Wheat Malt
- 2 oz Cascade Hops
- 1 oz Hallertau Hops
- 5 lbs Fresh Strawberries, pureed
- 1 tsp Strawberry Extract
- 6 lbs Bearded Tree Linden Honey
- Ale Yeast
- Priming Sugar
steps

Crush the malt and steep in water at 152°F for 60 minutes.
- 2.
Boil the wort, adding Cascade hops and boil for 60 minutes.
- 3.
Add Hallertau hops and boil for another 15 minutes.
- 4.
Cool the wort, transfer to a fermenter, and add strawberry puree, extract, and honey.
- 5.
Ferment for 2 weeks, then transfer to bottles with priming sugar and let carbonate for 2 more weeks.
- 6.
Chill and enjoy!
