- 9 lbs Pale Malt (2-row)
- 1 lb Honey Malt
- 0.5 lb Carapils
- 0.5 lb Flaked Corn
- 1 oz Cascade Hops (bittering, 60 min)
- 1 oz Citra Hops (flavor, 15 min)
- 1 oz Amarillo Hops (aroma, 5 min)
- 1 cup Honey (added at flameout)
- 1 pkg American Ale Yeast (e.g., Safale US-05)
- 5 oz Priming Sugar (for bottling)
- Water (distilled or filtered)

Begin by heating 3 gallons of water in your brew kettle to 165°F.

Add crushed grains to a grain bag and steep for 30 minutes, maintaining a temperature of around 150°F.

Remove the grain bag and bring the wort to a boil.

Add the Cascade hops and boil for 60 minutes.

With 15 minutes left, add the Citra hops.

Add Amarillo hops and honey at flameout, then cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller.

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel and add water to reach a total of 5 gallons.

Pitch the yeast and seal with an airlock, allowing fermentation at 68-72°F for about 1-2 weeks.

Once fermentation is complete, bottle with priming sugar, and let carbonate for 2 weeks.
