ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp honey or chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare muffin tin.

Combine almond butter, yogurt, flax seeds, oats, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla.

Mix in honey or dates, walnuts, cranberries, baking powder, and baking soda.

Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
