A hearty casserole packed with ground beef, minute rice, and tomato soup. Tangy, savory, and oh-so comforting.
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in tomato soup, water, minute rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
