- 1 gallon of honey mead
- 2 cups fresh mango juice
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1-2 ancho chiles, dried
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup (optional, based on sweetness preference)
- Fresh tropical fruit, for garnish (mango, orange slices, pineapple)

In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a simmer.

Add the dried ancho chiles and steep for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Remove the chiles, letting the liquid cool slightly before adding it to the mead.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey mead, mango juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to ensure well-blended flavors.
