ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for wrapping
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, sesame seeds

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.

Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.

Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water chestnuts.

Season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.

Spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce leaves. Top with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
