- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 8 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of crispy bacon
- 4 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 4 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of chopped dill pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Lay out the sourdough bread slices and spread the Dijon mustard on one side of each slice.

Place 2 slices of cheese on the mustard side of two bread slices.
